Welcome back to Monday Meditation! It has been a few weeks. Sometimes life throws a curve to your plans and you have to roll with it. I did, but I'm glad to be back with a new meditation.


Can you believe it's August already? Where has the time gone? I feel like we are in a time warp. We are barreling towards the end of the year, yet it seems as if we are still back in the beginning of the year. Do you feel this way too? How are you managing to get by?
