Monday Meditation

Welcome to this Monday Meditation.

I hope you can take some time to sit, be still, pause, and let go. Take some time to Inhale Peace Exhale Love.

The world has seemed to turn upside down this year, more than ever. As I sit and watch the current events on television, or look at social media I'm not sure if I should cry, scream, or what I should do. Perhaps you have felt that way too.

I know many things have happened that are not right. I will offer another post soon, about that, as I begin to put my thoughts together. I know that there must something I can do to help change things, but I don't know what. So today I offer you this meditation. Take some time to go inside and feel. Maybe this is my way of helping.
