Welcome to YOGA WITH JANET, a one of a kind Yoga Studio, located in Baltimore (DUNDALK) MD; winner of the Dundalk Eagle 2022 Reader Approved Best Yoga Studio

Yoga is my passion and I look forward to sharing it with you. YWJ offers virtual and in person (when it is safe in these times) group classes, private instruction, and workshops; along with private groups (think bridal shower, Network Marketing meetings), and Corporate Classes.

My goal is to Meet you on the Mat, right where you are today.

Whether your think you aren't "flexible", "thin enough", or have any other ideas of why you "can't do yoga", if you breathe you can do yoga.

  • YWJ is inclusive to ALL.

  • Janet believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of ability to pay. Please contact Janet if you need payment assistance to attend class.

  • Through a gentle and meditative practice you will discover and fall in love with yoga (if you haven't already).
