Gentle Slow Flow Start your weekend off right. This Gentle Slow Flow class is suitable for all levels and is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. The class will focus on leading students through light flowing movements while allowing time to expand, hold, and enjoy each pose. The combination of breath and movement will be emphasized so you can mindfully flow from asana to asana. Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
Please notify us or cancel one hour in advance if you cannot attend your scheduled class. Failure to cancel will result in your class pass being charged. Emergencies do happen and will be handled on a case by case basis.
