Quiet the Mind A 30 minute virtual meditation. Meditation offers time for relaxation and heightened awareness in a stressful world where our senses are often dulled. Research suggests that meditation has the potential for more than just temporary stress relief. Learn basic and different meditation techniques along with guided meditations.
Please notify us or cancel one hour in advance if you cannot attend your scheduled class. Failure to cancel will result in your class pass being charged. Emergencies do happen and will be handled on a case by case basis.
