Service Description

A biweekly standing practicing working with our feet. Our feet carry us everywhere we go and are the foundation of all postures, but we often neglect them; wearing shoes with tight narrow toe boxes and not walking on the earth barefoot. Join me in showing your toes and feet some love. I suggest having a tennis ball or other small firm ball for practice.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us or cancel one hour in advance if you cannot attend your scheduled class. Failure to cancel will result in your class pass being charged. Emergencies do happen and will be handled on a case by case basis.
